Established in March 2006 in Hong Kong, we are a group of experienced property and facilities managers. We provide client-focused and cost effective out-sourcing solutions on property and facilities management to our clients.


Our professional expertise comes from the former management team of the Estate Management Office of public utilities corporations.


Our executives are engineering & safety professionals and chartered engineers,who have taken leading roles in various projects and operations in large contracting companies, consultancy firms and large corporations in Hong Kong.


With our wealth of experience as clients, consultants and contractors, we know exactly what clients are looking for and offer them total integrated solutions.


In Nov 2008, we increased our presence in the region with the set up of our sales and marketing arm in Singapore. Megatech Singapore is headed by experienced sales and marketing professionals who have worked with large multi-national conglomerations. Today, we have expanded our business to Taiwan, China, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, Vietnam & Cambodia and are continually looking at new market opportunities.
